As we sell fragrances which are a usable liquid we are unfortunately unable to be able to issue a return unless there has been a mistake on our end.
True Elixir orders will take around 2-5 business working days to ship around the United Kingdom. Furthermore, around the rest of the world we will ship our products in around 5-10 business working days!
